My name is Mary LaDay-Monroe, and I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for training the next generation of skilled phlebotomists. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in clinical settings and a strong commitment to excellence, I created this program to provide high-quality, practical training that prepares students for success in the medical field.
